On this year's tour I am hoping to raise funds for our community hospital radio friends, Radio Tyneside which broadcasts quality programmes 24 hours a day 7 days a week to patients in Newcastle and Gateshead hospitals.
We have a wide variety of shows catering for all tastes, pop, country, rock n roll, soul, blues, classical, geordie bands and sport. We are all volunteers and it costs around £8000 per year to keep the station on the air.
